Dehumidifiers

A dehumidifier removes humidity (moisture) from the air by drawing moist air over a refrigerated metal coil with a fan. Because cold air holds less water vapor than warm air, the water in the air dragged over the coil condenses and drips into a receptacle. The warm side of the coil reheats the air.
