Seat
The seat is the part of the bike where the rider sits. It consists of a tube that holds the seat post of the bike and connects to the saddle. The height of the saddle is adjustable by adjusting how far the seat post is inserted into the seat tube. Some bike designs have a quick release lever in order to adjust the height in a hurry. The minimum insertion mark is on the seat post to indicate the minimum length of the post that must be inserted for maximum safety.
