Seat Post
A seat post is a tube on a bike that is adjustable and extends from the frame up to the seat. It is generally built out of steel, aluminum, titanium, or carbon fiber and the size depends upon the internal dimensions of the seat tube in the bike’s frame. A few modern bikes consist entirely of one piece of molded carbon fiber with an integrated seat post that is cut in order to be accommodating the rider; these seat posts are not adjustable.
