WedgesWedges are irons with a 45 degree loft. Pitching wedges are comparable to other irons. Sand wedges have a ‘bounce’ which makes them good for bunker shots and rough shots. Gap wedges combine pitching wedge and sand wedge features. Lob wedges have a high loft and are good for approach shots from sand or recovery shots that need a high, short shot. |
